Mentor Engagement

Inherently, mentoring is a relationship wherein an experienced person shares his experience and expertise to guide a newcomer in that field. BYST has based its mentoring model on the ancient tradition of “Guru-Shishya”, where the teacher not only teaches, but guides and supports the development of his mentee. These mentors are taken on voluntary basis from various fields in the industry.

Mentoring is the back-bone of the BYST’s program. Each entrepreneur in BYST is assigned a mentor who acts as an advisor and consultant. They provide personalized advice, maintains regular contact with the entrepreneur, monitors progress of the business, and helps in solving problems and developing business.
